Apply for Affilation

Ok, we are going to this old fashioned way. I am terrible at making forms and I really want to get this site and up running. So, for now you will just have to manually email your information to me. But first your site must meet and follow these requirements below:

=1= Your site must be in english! I can only understand english. I'm sorry, but if your site is not english, do not apply.
=2= Your site must either be a blog/personal kind of site. I don't see the need to affilate with any other type of site. But, your site does not have to be only a blog/personal type of site. It just be contain those types within it. Example: If you have a graphic site, but you also have a blog up on that site. You may apply.
=3= You must update your site at least once a month. Just so I know your site is still alive. If you go on haitus or anything relating to no activity for awhile, you must contact me.
=4= I will not affilate with anyone who types in ALL CAPS, sTiCkY cApS, 1337, anything other then readable and understandable english. I find it all annoying.
=5= If there is anything offensive (racial, sexist, belittling, etc.) on your site, do NOT apply. If you like that stuff, fine. But I most certainly do not!
=6= If I find anything I do not like on your site, then not accepted. By the way, to know that you've read the rules, please reply in the comments 'cookies rule the world'.
